EVERST BASE CAMP - Winter Special
A happy trekker at EBC.
Everest base camp trek in itself is epic already but doing it in winter (February) makes it even more special. Having it done right before the main season starts with less traffic on the trails and tea houses, It will definitely make your trip special one. Khumbu Valley at this time might actually be the perfect place for you if you are looking for some quite hideaways in winter in Himalayas. Regardless of what purpose you might be travelling with, this region for sure will blow your mind with it's unrealistic beauty and charm.
The proposed itinerary below includes a flight from Kathmandu to Lukla (2,800 mtrs); however, the longer option to trek all the way from Jiri is also available, if preferred.
